County side Bellingham, WA. 'After the Flood' I captured this frame a few years back while driving around the county roads just outside of Belligham after some major flooding. In fact just the other day I was talking to a friend who loved the postcard version I had done of this shot. I was so inspired by her reaction that I had to share this frame with everyone.
